Specific application scenarios 
Cutting tools: Cemented carbide tools are commonly used for machining precision parts such as gears and bearings. Their high hardness reduces wear and extends service life. 
Wear-resistant parts: In heavy industrial equipment, wear parts made of cemented carbide (such as bearing bushings and sealing rings) can withstand friction and impact under harsh conditions. 
High-temperature components: Some mechanical parts need to operate in high-temperature environments (such as metallurgical equipment). Cemented carbide can maintain hardness above 500°C, making it suitable for manufacturing key components of heat treatment equipment. 
 

Performance advantages 
Hardness and wear resistance: Hardness can reach 8-9 on the Mohs scale, with wear resistance more than 20 times that of ordinary steel, suitable for high-strength machining. 
Heat resistance: Hardness remains stable at high temperatures, suitable for mechanical parts under high-temperature conditions. 
Corrosion resistance: Can resist acid and alkali corrosion, extending equipment service life.
