TFA10V-31 Series
Product Details
Application scenarios:
Suitable for a variety of operating conditions in hydraulic systems, it can implement multiple control modes such as load sensing, power control, pressure cut-off, and electro-proportional displacement. It is applied to various construction machinery products, including excavators, cranes, loaders, and mining equipment.
Product advantages:
● Swashplate axial piston variable pump, used for hydraulic transmission in open-loop systems.
● The pump’s flow rate is directly proportional to both the drive speed and the displacement. By adjusting the swashplate angle, stepless flow regulation can be achieved.
● Flange oil port complies with SAE J518.
● 2 housing drain ports.
● Excellent oil-absorbing properties.
● Low noise
● Long service life
● The drive shaft can withstand both axial and radial loads.
● High power density
● Various control devices
● Fast response
● Through-shaft drive for multi-pump systems
Performance metrics:
Displacement specifications: 28/45/71/100/140 cc/rev
Maximum speed: 2200–3000 r/min
Rated pressure: 280 bar
Maximum pressure: 315 bar
The plunger pump is the power component of hydraulic transmission and control systems. It receives mechanical energy from an engine (or motor), which drives the plunger to reciprocate within the pump cylinder, thereby changing the volume of the sealed working chamber and enabling oil suction and pressurization. Ultimately, this mechanical energy is converted into pressure energy in the hydraulic fluid, providing hydraulic power for the entire system. As a type of hydraulic pump, the plunger pump has several advantages over other types of hydraulic pumps—such as vane pumps and gear pumps—including higher rated pressure, compact structure, high precision, excellent sealing performance, high efficiency, and convenient flow regulation. These features make it particularly suitable for applications requiring stable, high-pressure hydraulic systems and it is widely used in advanced equipment manufacturing and related fields.
The plunger pump consists primarily of components such as the drive shaft, swashplate, plungers, cylinder block, pistons, and a variable valve. When the engine (or motor) drives the drive shaft to rotate, the cylinder block rotates together with multiple plungers housed inside it. Each plunger head remains in contact with the swashplate. Since the swashplate is inclined at a certain angle relative to the cylinder block, as the cylinder block rotates, the plungers perform reciprocating motion within the cylinder block. The volume of the plunger cylinders alternately increases and decreases, causing the liquid to be drawn in and discharged under the influence of pressure. The rapid and stable rotation of multiple plungers ensures a steady hydraulic pressure for the hydraulic system. The pistons generate a pumping effect, delivering fluid outward, while the variable valve regulates and stabilizes both the flow rate and pressure of the output.
The company’s product—the TFA15VSO175 series constant-pressure, constant-power electro-proportional high-pressure plunger pump—has been awarded the Second Prize of the “China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award” by the China National Machinery Industry Federation.
